Liam 'The Handyman' Foster...

Liam Foster is a young man from the U.K who has had a turbulent life right from the start.
Due to a mutation in his body, he was born with no arms or legs and with his chances of survival been slim at best. Despite the doctor's doubts, his mother - single after a difficult divorce with her husband - urged them to do all they could for him.
Sure enough, Liam was able to pull through. Of course, there still remained the issue of him having no limbs, although his mother stayed strong with the determination to raise her son no matter what adversity came their way. His crystal blue eyes and adorable smile reminded her everyday to keep fighting for him.

As time went on and Liam got older, his mother noticed something much out of the ordinary. Liam was showing telepathic and telekinetic power, from been able to 'tell' his mother what he wanted to levitating objects and even himself. Thankfully for his mother, Liam very rarely used his abilities outside the house or when anyone else was around. This made it easier for his mother to brush off the abilities her son possessed as been figments of the imagination to anyone else who caught a glimpse.
It was only when her son entered mainstream school that he got bolder in regards to using his abilities. Not surprising, his difference meant that some of the pupils began to pick on him - even going as far as to hit him as they knew he couldn't hit them back. Or so they thought.
During one of these instances on a Friday morning, Liam used his telekinesis and grabbed hold of one of the bullies who was hitting him, before flinging him across the floor and into the wall. Although the boy wasn't hurt, the event had been witnessed by other pupils and two teachers. It led to a rather odd meeting between Liam's mother and the Headteacher (who was accompanied by the teachers who witnessed the incident). Not a lot of headway was made, with Liam's mother feigning ignorance of what Liam had shown - although in her mind, she now worried what other problems may occur.
Over the weekend, however, there came a ray of hope.

She was contacted by a specialist college called 'RainbowEye', who explained that they were an organization created to aid and develop the talents of specially selected "gifted" students which can include people with disabilities, people with psychic powers or others with specialist talents. After a meeting with Liam and his mother at one of their centers, it was discussed that Liam could be taught at the schools in RainbowEye while learning to use and extend his abilities. Although skeptical at first, his mother later agreed after been shown around and been shown the amazing results the organization had gained.
So, Liam became a pupil of the specialist school. Immediately, the bullying problem from before was gone and he was embraced by others of varying abilities and disabilities.
Years later, Liam finished his final exams with flying results, gaining distinctions in several areas while also gaining more experience over his psychic powers as well as branching off and learning other psychokinetic powers. One of his best achievements was creating a set of cyber-kinetic limbs for himself, allowing him to better 'adapt' to 'normal life'. His work earned him the nickname of "The Handyman".

After finishing his grades, Liam took on Further Education at RainbowEye and later Higher Education - gaining even greater experience. After his education finished, Liam took up a job at the institute as he began experimenting with combining psionic powers with science. His efforts were successful, with him been the inventor of many technologies that would be utilized both at RainbowEye and Earth United; the institute that funded it. The most notable of these inventions was the Clockwork Samurai as well as the Psychic Energy Generator or "PEG" that provided both the power source and memory for the golden warriors.
Eventually when he was a young adult he was called to Earth-United, along with several other members of RainbowEye, for a special meeting with Earth-United's founder Jasmine O'Connor.
It was at this meeting that Jasmine revealed to them all about the realms and worlds that existed beyond our own. For Liam, an oppotunity to discover more presented itself. Taking the chance, Liam set off into this 'new world' - taking his experience, his powers and some of his technology with him.

Since then in the few years that have passed, he has jumped between the realms of magic and humanity often, settling in a hidden location and telepathically 'broadcasting' his services to those he chooses to aid with his power - constructing mechanical warriors, transport and other items. After doing this, he will wipe his "customer's" memory of his location so those who would wish to exploit his services cannot find him. He has a great love of aiding people with his work, and indeed has a great love of using his imagination (and multiple mechanical limbs) when making his various constructs.
