Infernus...

Infernus is a Dragon Warrior tutor from Mintaka in the Orion Constellation. He is a humanoid Inferno Dragon - a rare type of fire dragon with a glowing aura constantly surrounding them and enhanced power over fire, magma and all forms of heat, as well as rendering all cold attacks useless against them. They also had the power to shapeshift into a blazing form which is marked by there birth symbol. In Infernus' case, he could transform into a blazing phoenix.

Infernus lived a normal lifestyle, going through the usual learning processes on Mintaka before becoming an adult. As an adult, Infernus used his unique gifts to become a dragon blacksmith, forging armour and weapons for the Xelziak warriors although the Mintakans themselves did not take part in combat unless ultimately necessary. Although primarily working as a blacksmith, Infernus did seek to learn the ways of combat.
That chance came with the arrival of Master Takeda, a dragon warrior who was on a journey of discovery. Takeda learned much from the Mintakans, and became friends with Infernus before teaching him the ways of combat. Infernus, in return, taught Takeda how to make the most of controlling the elements as well as giving him sources of information about various dragon species from around the universe.

The two would keep in contact, with Infernus passing on the knowledges he had gained to others. Some time later, however, Takeda sent him an invitation to come to Earth to help train a group of human-dragon hybrids who were to be trained to become enforcers for a new law the united dragon council was going to pass. Learning more about was to happen and by request from Takeda, Infernus drew the plans for the warrior's armour as well as the weapons they would use, most notably the multi-purpose weapon their Dragon sides would inhabit.
With the weapons and armour soon completed by the blacksmiths, Infernus created his own armour before heading to Earth and meeting with Takeda and the other masters. After presenting the Ying Yang warriors with their armourment and weaponry, Infernus began to tutor them on how to make the most of their elemental capabilities and how best to use their dragon-weapon.

Infernus would create a second home on Earth in Dragonia, keeping watch over the warriors he had helped to tutor as well as enjoying the beauty and cultures of the planet. However, his time was coming to a close as he, along with the rest of the tutors, were called to form together to deal with an evil dragon-human hubrid known as the Black Knight.
Infernus fought hard, but a spell cast on him by the Knight cause his heart to essentially begin 'melting down', like a nuclear reactor, with the efforts of the group to stop it proving futile. Dying but with an added boost of power, Infernus blasted the knight relentlessly while in his blazing phoenix form, buying enough time for the remaining members of the group to flee and re-stratagise.
Eventually, the process came to complete, and Infernus let out a final pained roar before his body was consumed by the blazing white fires. Later, his birth medallion he wore on his armour began to glow before drawing his ashes to it. From the ashes, a baby phoenix was born, with Infernus' soul continuing to live on...
