His request was a cute red headed girl is having her armpits tickled by her boyfriend. So here, this young couple have gone for a romantic weekend away as this cabin. However, as she gets up one morning her boyfriend plays a prank on her with some 'equipment' bought from the Tickle Shop.
The wrist devices are meant to keep a person's arms held outward, but the girl has managed to get one off before they activated, meaning her boyfriend has to hold her free arm as the 'magic feathers' tickle her armpits.
